This smoothie is so delicious you will think you are sipping a milkshake, but don’t let the taste fool you this is one nutrient packed drink.

1 young coconut (meat and 1 cup of the water)
½ a frozen banana
½ cup ice
2 Tbsp. goji berries
½ tsp. maca powder
¼ tsp. spirulina
1-2 Tbsp. cacao powder

Pour water of coconut into high speed blender, then remove coconut meat from the coconut add that and remaining ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth.

Makes 1 large smoothie.
