I love making food art for my kids, it’s always fun to see the look on their faces when they come home and see what awaits them. This recipe is very easy and it’s one your kids might want to help with. Have fun and pull out a lot of healthy fruits and vegetables for decorating.

2 bananas
Sweetened Coconut flakes
1 carrot
Mini chocolate chips
Goji berries
Pine nuts
Dried persimmon and orange slices

Slice the bananas and use those for the body of the snowmen and then use the remaining ingredients to decorate as you wish. Chocolate chips make good eyes, carrots make good noses and arms. Goji berries and pine nuts make good buttons. And the coconut flakes make good snow. However feel free to use whatever you have on hand.
