White Protein Smoothie

12 oz. liquid     (coconut water or almond milk)

Coconut for hydration, almond milk for protein

1 scoop protein powder

2-3 T . maca powder (by Navitas)   —   For energy; to help balance hormones & libido

1 T. mesquite powder (by Navitas) —- A superfood for nutrients

6 drops liquid toffee stevia ( by Sweetleaf)

2 drops cassia or cinnamon oil

Helps with blood pressure, anti-oxidant
