Superfood balls, power balls, snack balls, call them whatever you like but whatever you do, you have got to make these! These are the perfect afternoon snack & a great way to get healthy food into your kids! These balls contain super foods like chia seeds, high in antioxidants, fiber, heart health and cancer fighting properties. Cacao, which is another great source of antioxidants and is the most beneficial way to eat chocolate. And these are made to taste slightly sweet with dates and raisins, a whole food, unprocessed sweetener.

Are these artificial sweeteners affecting your blood sugars?
